Analytics co Quantiphi in talks to raise $300-M
A clutch of global private equity funds – Warburg Pincus, Goldman Sachs, Carlyle and Baring PE Asia – are in talks to invest USD 250-300 million for a significant minority stake in Quantiphi Analytics, a US- and Mumbai-based artificial intelligence and big data analytics company at USD 1.2 to USD 1.3 Billion valuation. Existing investor Multiples may dilute about 5% stake as part of the deal. Quantiphi was founded in 2013. It has more than 1,000 employees in Boston, Princeton, Toronto, Mumbai and Bengaluru. It provides services to global Fortune 500 clients.
