Ansal Properties to raise Rs.15-Cr from ICP Investments
New Delhi-based, publicly listed Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd is to raise INR 14.79 crore from ICP Investments (Mauritius) Ltd, via an allotment of 87 lakh warrants. It will use the funds to expand the permanent capital base as against the debt /working capital.
