Apartment complex mgmt app myGate raises Rs.100-Cr from Urban Company, Acko

Regulatory Filings  

Urban Company and Acko have invested INR 50 crore each in Bengaluru-based Vivish Technologies Pvt Ltd (which owns apartment complex management software service myGate) on Nov 14, 2022. The purchase constitutes 5.9% stake of the company and values the firm at INR 1,696 crore.
