Apollo Tyres acquires 27.2% stake in CSE Deccan Solar

Publicly-listed Apollo Tyres has acquired a 27.2% stake in Mumbai-based solar energy player CSE Deccan Solar Ltd by making an investment of INR 9.33 crore. Apollo Tyres has acquired 11,66,250 Equity Shares having face value of INR 10 each, at the premium of INR 70 each.
