Ashok Leyland buys 49.9% in TVS Trucks & Buses for Rs.25-Cr

Publicly listed Ashok Leyland has acquired a 49.9 % stake in fellow Chennai-based TVS Trucks and Buses Pvt Ltd for INR 24.95 crore. TVS Trucks, incorporated in June 2023, is engaged in the automotive dealership business.
