ASK Group marks Rs.600-Cr initial close of fourth real estate fund
ASK Property Investment Advisors (ASK PIA) has achieved an initial close of INR 610 crore for its new real estate fund (RESOF IV) which has a target corpus of INR 2,000 crore. The fund will invest in the residential markets of Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, Bengaluru and Chennai. Domestic investors and foreign investors account for 50% each of the contribution to the fund.
