Audit SaaS startup AuditCue raises $1.5 M led by Kalaari Capital
Chennai-headquartered AuditCue, an audit and risk SaaS startup, has raised USD 1.5 million in a seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital. Other participants in the round include Java Capital and angel investors from San Francisco. The funding will be used for product development, for accelerating the go-to-market strategy, and growing the engineering team. The startup aims to expand in North America, India and the EU. Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Kulkarni and Naren Janakiraman, AuditCue claims to reimagine how risks, controls and audits work together. It claims to remove friction from audits empowering auditors and auditees through the entire lifecycle of risk and audit programs.
