B2B apparel marketplace Fashinza raises $100-M led by Prosus, Westbridge
Gurugram-based Fashinza, an B2B marketplace for the apparel industry, has raised USD 100 million in a funding round led by Prosus Ventures (formerly Naspers Ventures) and Westbridge. The funding is a combination of equity (60%) and debt (40%) financing. The company will use the funds to create a sustainable supply chain and expand into new geographies. The round also saw participation from existing investors Accel, Elevation and ADQ, and angel investors Naval Ravikant, Jeff Fagnan, Jake Zeller, Nivi and Nitesh Banta. Founded in 2020 by Pawan Gupta, Abhishek Sharma, and Jamil Ahmad, Fashinza handles everything from design to delivery for its partner brands. The company's marketplace includes logistics, fintech, and payment support.
