B2B edtech co Eupheus acquires personalised learning player ClassKlap for $19-M
Delhi-based business-to-business edtech company Eupheus Learning has acquired Bengaluru-based ClassKlap for USD 19 million (INR 139 crore) in an all-stock deal. ClassKlap is a player in the private schools segment, offering personalised learning for children. The combined entity is expected to have a reach of 18,000 schools with a sales team of more than 200 members.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Feb-18, ClassKlap Pvt Ltd which runs Xamcheck had raised more than INR 86 crore from Lightrock India, LGT Venture Philanthropy and Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Between Mar-18 and Sep-21, Eupheus Learning had raised more than INR 120 crore from Yuj Ventures, Sixth Sense Ventures and Lightrock India.
