B2B logistics co LoadShare in talks with Tiger Global, others to raise $50-M in Series C: report
Bengaluru-based B2B logistics startup LoadShare is in talks to raise around USD 50 million in a Series C financing round. Tiger Global is expected to be the lead investor contributing USD 25-30 million to acquire an about 15% stake. Existing investors including Beenext, CDC, Stellaris, Matrix will also participate. LoadShare had raised around USD 13 million [INR 100 crore] in its Series B round in May 2020 and a total of close to USD 18 million.
