Baring Asia sells CMS Info shares worth INR 1,072-Cr

Private Equity firm Baring Asia has sold shares worth INR 1071.51 crore in publicly-listed CMS Info Systems. Post the sale, the investor will hold an about 27% stake in the company. Mumbai-based CMS Info Systems provides logistics and technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, organized retail, and e-commerce companies in India. Its businesses include Cash Logistics, Banking Automation, Managed Services, Remote Monitoring Solution and Technology Solutions.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In May-15, Baring Asia had invested INR 1,806.12 Cr for a 100% stake in CMS Info.
