Beauty products portal Purplle raises $56.6 M led by Kedaara Capital

Mumbai-based Purplle, an e-commerce marketplace for beauty products, has raised INR 425.26 crore (about USD 56.6 million) in a round led by Kedaara Capital. Kedaara will invest USD 49 million via Series D compulsory convertible preference shares at a valuation of USD 450-500 million. The funding round comes seven months after the firm raised USD 45 million from Sequoia Capital, Verlinvest, Blume and others.
