Broad Peak ties up with Brescon to raise $300-M to invest in distressed assets

Singapore-based Broad Peak Investment Advisors and Mumbai-based Brescon & Allied are joining hands to invest USD 300 million in India's distressed debt market. Brescon is an independent financial advisory firm focused on special situations and stressed assets. It provides services relating to financial and corporate restructuring, recapitalization, and debt refinance. It is also engaged in divestment advisory, mergers and acquisitions advisory, structured financing solutions and insolvency services under the purview of Indian Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
