Brookfield names Anuj Ranjan as CEO of PE unit
Canadian infrastructure-focused investment firm Brookfield has named Anuj Ranjan as the new CEO of its private equity business.Ranjan, who had established Brookfied's India and Middle East operations, takes over from Cyrus Madon who will now join the Brookfield board of directors as Executive Chairman.Ranjan joined Brookfield in 2006 and had held various positions within the company and its affiliates, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity and real estate.
