Brookfield to acquire K Raheja Corp's 30-acre land parcel in Navi Mumbai for Rs.550-Cr
Brookfield Asset Management, via Brookfield Infrastructure, is to acquire K Raheja Corp's 30-acre land parcel in Navi Mumbai's Airoli locality for around INR 550 crore. It plans to develop, own and operate an institutional data center on the land parcel. K Raheja Corp had bought the land parcel for around INR 200 crore from US-based specialty chemicals company Cabot Corporation in December 2015.
