Building design startup Snaptrude raises $14-M led by Foundamental VC, Accel
Snaptrude, a Bangalore- and New York-based building design startup, has raised USD 14 million in a Series A funding round, led by Foundamental VC and Accel India. The company plans to use this funding to reinforce its go-to-market strategy and expand its outreach to architecture firms. Snaptrude had raised USD 6.6 million in a seed funding round a year ago. Snaptrude offers an interoperable, cloud-based tool for architects and designers. The platform claims to provide a fully browser-based approach, facilitating real-time collaboration, automatically generating critical project information, including cost estimates, quantity take-offs, project schedules, and climate studies. It claims to have over 20,000 users across the world.
