CapitaLand makes first close at Rs.1,630-Cr for India-focused biz park fund
Singapore-based real estate investment manager CapitaLand Investment Ltd (CLI) has raised INR 1,630 crore in the first close of its business park development fund, CapitaLand India Growth Fund 2. The fund, with a target fund size of INR 3,261 crore, will invest in Grade A business parks across gateway cities in India. CLI would contribute a sponsor stake of 20% to the fund.
