CapitaLand to redevelop International Tech Park Hyderabad

CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) will invest in the complete redevelopment of International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH) in phases over 7–10 years. After completion, ITPH will provide 4.9 million square feet (sq ft) of Grade A+ office space to house more than 50,000 IT/IT Enabled Services (ITES) professionals. The park is located in Madhapur, in Hyderabad's IT corridor. As part of Phase 1 operations, the 1.4 million sq ft Block A office building has received lease commitments from global corporations including Bristol Myers Squibb, Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services, VXI Global, US Technology, Warner Bros. Discovery, Cloud4C Services and ANSR Global Corporation. CLINT is also developing a 40-megawatts (MW) data centre in the park. In Hyderabad, CLINT has another two business parks – aVance Hyderabad and CyberPear. Outside Hyderabad, CLINT has two data centres under development in Navi Mumbai and Chennai and another planned at International Tech Park Bangalore.
