Certus Capital invests Rs.80-Cr in Pharande Spaces, Arun Excello projects
Earnnest.me, a digital neo-financing platform of Certus Capital, has invested INR 40 crore in Pune-based developer Pharande Spaces' 400,000 sq ft mid-market residential project in the city's Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Earnnest.me had also invested INR 40 crore in Chennai-based Arun Excello's portfolio of four affordable housing projects.
