ChrysCapital invests Rs.600-Cr in listed engg firm GMM Pfaudler

Funds controlled by PE firm ChrysCapital (Geranium Investments Ltd., Atreides Investments B.V. and Infinity Partners) have picked up 9.90% stake or 44.5 lakh shares in GMM Pfaudler, via bulk deals on the stock exchanges. GMM Pfaudler provides corrosion-resistant technologies, systems, and services for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and energy industry. While Atreides Investments B.V. purchased shares worth INR 55.65 Cr; Infinity Partners purchased shares worth INR 44.39 Cr; and Geranium Investments Limited purchased shares worth INR 500.82 Cr.
