CIEL HR to raise $30-M
Chennai-based CIEL HR services is planning to raise around USD 30 million through private equity funding. It is also in the process of acquiring a HR Tech company. Started in 2015 by founders of the Ma Foi Group, CIEL HR is planning to go in for an IPO in 2024. The company had previously concluded a private placement to raise INR 23 crore by diluting less than 4% stake.
