Cloud-kitchen startup Terra Food raises $1-M from Faad Network, others
Ahmedabad-based Terra Food Co (TFC), a multi-brand, cloud kitchen startup, has raised USD 1 million in seed funding led by Faad Network with participation from LetsVenture (LV), IPJ (Japanese Angel Network), Chennai Angels, and Agility Ventures. Industry professionals from food tech and restaurant spaces have also joined TFC as investors and advisors. The firm would use the funds for business expansion, increasing portfolios of brands, building innovative food technology, product development and team expansion. TFC offers accessible, convenient and affordable gourmet dining. The startup has launched and is scaling up 7 multi-cuisine brands in Ahmedabad — Terra Gourmet, Pick Up Meals, Papadum, Aho Punjab, Sushito, HIIT Meals, Zeus Burger, Jaani Maani Biryani, and Noodle Van. TFC has now expanded to Delhi NCR and Jaipur.
