Cloud security platform PingSafe raises $3.3 M from Peak XV Partners' Surge, others
Bengaluru- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based cloud security platform PingSafe has raised USD 3.3 million in a seed funding round led by Peak XV Partners' Surge. Other investors who participated in the round include Tanglin Venture Partners and angel investors including Rahul Chari (co-founder, PhonePe), Neeraj Arora, Saurya Prakash, Vivek Ramachandran and Gaurav Agarwal. Founded in 2021 by Anand Prakash (CEO) and Nishant Mittal (CTO), PingSafe detects and prevents vulnerabilities in organisational technology. It counts Flipkart, Ujjivan Bank, among others, as customers. The fresh capital will be used to accelerate business development across India, Southeast Asia and the US.
