Clove Dental attracts Rs 545-Cr from InvestCorp, Tybourne, others
Delhi-based dental chain Clove Dental (operated by GDS Group firm Star Dental Centre Private Limited) has attracted INR 545 crore in funding led by InvestCorp Group. Tybourne Capital as well as other new and existing shareholders, also participated in the round in return for a significant minority stake in the target company. Founded by Amarinder Singh, the GDS Group owns and operates 340 clinics across 24 cities under the brand, Clove Dental. The funds will be used for GDS' expansion to 1,000 clinics in the next five years.
