Commercial realty investment enabler Property Share raises $47-M from Westbridge, Pravega
Bengaluru-based Property Share Property Management Pvt Ltd - which runs a platform that enables individuals to participate in commercial real estate investments - has raised a Series B funding of INR 367 crore (USD 47 million) led by WestBridge Capital with participation from existing investor Pravega Ventures. Property Share will use the proceeds to scale its platform across geographies and real estate asset classes by expanding distribution channels and investing in technology and people.
