Community marketing SaaS startup Serri raises $100-K
Haldwani (Uttarakhand)-based community marketing SaaS startup Serri has raised USD 100,000 from investors from India, Singapore and Japan including Shiru Startups, Rishav Agarwal (founder of Picxele) and Krishnamani Kanan (co-founder of Deliver.sg). The firm is backed by startup programs from Google, Deshpande Startups & Riidl. Founded in 2022, SerriOS helps brands leverage communities using AI chatbots and multi-platform dashboards which help them sync communities across WhatsApp, Discord, and business tools like CRMs. The firm aims to empower brands, businesses, leaders, educators and creators to have conversations with their communities at the largest scales possible. It currently runs three major paid-pilot projects with D2C Insider, Truxport and Antler-backed Unsnarl. The funds will be used to accelerate the product roadmap and tap into markets in the US and Southeast Asia.
