Conversational AI startup Contiinex raises $1-M from YourNest
Bengaluru-based Contiinex, a conversational AI startup has raised USD 1 million in a pre-Series-A round from YourNest. Contiinex offers a Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) platform that helps orchestrate and automate an end-to-end customer engagement process. It has a Speech-to-Text engine which helps customers transcribe voice recordings on a real-time basis with accuracy rates of up to 96%.
