Conversational e-commerce co Gallabox raises $1.2 M from Prime Venture Partners, others
Gallabox, a Chennai-based conversational e-commerce platform for small and medium-sized businesses has raised USD 1.2 million in seed funding led by Prime Venture Partners. Several angel investors also participated in the round. The no-code platform uses WhatsApp Business API to help SMBs improve sales conversations without a mobile app. It serves over 500 customers including PVR, Shiprocket and Mantri.
