Creador sells Sapphire Foods India shares worth Rs. 378-Cr

Creador has sold 4.24% stake of publicly-listed Sapphire Foods India through a bulk deal on the BSE. The sale aggregates to INR 378 crore. Post the sale, Creador holds a 3.75% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database In Aug 2021, Sapphire Foods - which operates franchises of KFC and Pizza Hut in India - had attracted INR 257.14 Cr from Creador.
