Credberg to raise office space focused realty fund
Real estate focussed investment bank Credberg Advisory, backed by former partners at Indian arm of Brookfield Financial (BFIN), has formed Credberg Investment Management for its foray into the fund business. It is looking to raise $75 million or over INR 570 crore through its maiden fund, Credberg Real Estate Office Opportunities Fund 1 (CREOOF-1). The fund will invest at the project level leverage through Lease Rental Discounting (LRD).
