Curefoods acquires Pizza brand Yumlane

Cloud kitchen operator Curefoods has acquired foodtech startup Yumlane. In 2021, Curefoods had acquired Yumlane's Pizza cloud kitchen franchisee rights for South India market followed by 10% stake in the Company in 2022. Yumlane claims to have expanded its reach across 15 cities in India and counts names like Curefoods, Barbeque Nation, Frozen Bottle, and 7-11 as its clients. The startup has raised funds from Flipkart's Binny Bansal, Anupam Mittal, Orios Ventures and RB Investments.
