Custodial services provider Orbis Financial raises Rs.111-Cr from Ashish Kochalia, others
Gurugram-based custodial services provider Orbis Financial has raised INR 111 crore from new and existing investors including stock market investor Ashish Kochalia. Mumbai-based boutique investment bank Derivative Saint advised Orbis on the deal. Orbis offers custodial services to brokers, portfolio managers, wealth managers, hedge funds and private equity funds. It plans to use the funds to expand its services across India.
