Customer engagement platform MoEngage raises $30-M from Steadview Capital, others
Bengaluru-based MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, has raised USD 30 million (about INR 226.3 crore) in a Series D round led by Steadview Capital, with participation from existing investors Multiples PE, Eight Roads Ventures, F-Prime Capital, and Matrix Partners India. The funds have been raised at twice the valuation from its earlier Series C1 investment of USD 32.5 million earlier in the year. MoEngage will use the funds to invest in cross-channel engagement. It aims to help marketers in consumer brands gain insights into their customer behavior, likes, preferences, journeys, and then engage them with communications across the customer lifecycle.
