Customer experience automation enabler Ushur raises $50-M led by Third Point Ventures
Ushur, a Santa Clara (US) and Bengaluru-based, AI-powered customer experience automation (CXA) platform, has raised USD 50 million in a Series C funding round led by Third Point Ventures, along with existing investors Iron Pillar, 8VC, Aflac Ventures, and Pentland Ventures. The firm will use the funds to expand its portfolio, develop innovations in AI and move into new geographies and industry verticals. Ushur combines conversational automation and knowledge work automation in a no-code, cloud-native SaaS platform to digitise the enterprise customer experience.
