Customer support enabler Kapture CX raises $4-M led by Cactus Venture Partners
Bengaluru-based customer experience platform, Kapture CX has raised USD 4 million led by Cactus Venture Partners (CVP). The firm will use the fresh capital to expand its presence across international markets, enhance its product offerings as well as for strengthening its team. Founded in 2014, Kapture CX businesses streamline and automate their customer support over call, email, chat, WhatsApp, and other social media channels. Its clientele includes e-commerce brands including Nykaa, 1MG, Zepto, Meesho, BigBasket, as well as larger corporates including Tata and Wipro. Kapture CX claims to have on-ground operations in the US, the UAE, Indonesia, Philippines and India.
