D2C agritech startup FarmersFZ raises funds from Yunus Social Business Fund
Kochi-based multichannel marketplace platform Farmers Fresh Zone (FarmersFZ), supported by the Kerala Startup Mission, has raised funding from Yunus Social Business Fund Bengaluru. An agritech D2C founded in 2016, FarmersFZ aims to bridge the gap between farmers and urban consumers by providing healthy, premium-quality and pesticide-free vegetables from fields to the table within 24 hours of harvest.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Oct-18 and Sep-20, FarmersFZ had raised $820-K from IAN Fund, Artha India Ventures, and others.
