D2C (direct-to-consumer) fashion and lifestyle brand Styched has acquired performance wear brand for men Zymrat in a cash and equity swap deal. Both firms are based in Bengaluru.
Founded in 2018 by Ankita Riva and Ujjawal Asthana, Zymrat claims to have an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of USD 1 million. It sells T-shirts, shorts, and joggers.
