D2C personal care startup Clensta raises Rs.20-Cr from Hem Angels, others
New Delhi-based Clensta, a D2C personal and home care startup, has raised over INR 20 crore in Series A funding from Hem Angels (part of Hem Securities Ltd), Venture Catalysts and Inflection Point Ventures. N+1 Capital (RBF), existing investors and others also invested in this round. IIT-backed Clensta, founded by Puneet Gupta in 2016, offers waterless body bath and shampoo products to enable bathing without the use of water. It will use the funds to scale up, ramp up brand marketing activities and expand its online and offline presence across the country.
