D2C pet-care firm Wiggles raises $5.5 M from Anthill Ventures, Panthera Peak Ventures, others
Pune-based D2C pet-care brand Wiggles has raised USD 5.5 million in a funding round led by Anthill Ventures. Panthera Peak Ventures along with several new and existing investors, such as Varun Alagh, Nikhil Bhandarkar and Nachiket Deshpande, also participated in the funding round. The funds will be used for R&D of new category-creating products and expansion. Founded in 2018, Wiggles offers a range of products and services, curated by vets for pets. It is said to cater to over 30,000 pet parents across India. The startup offers 42+ stock-keeping units (SKUs) across food, treats, supplements, medicines, as well as pet care services such as dog boarding, vet on call, grooming, training, online vet consultations, behavioural and diet consultations.
