Dalmia Nisus Finance invests Rs.60-Cr in 2 projects of Shriram Properties

Dalmia Nisus Finance Investment Managers LLP - via its Real Estate Credit Opportunities Fund - I (RECOF - I) - has invested INR 60 crore in two projects managed by Shriram Properties located in micro markets of Sarjapur and Devanahalli in Bangalore. Of the two, Shriram Chirping Grove is a gated community of 217 villas spread over around 13 acres in Sarjapur. The project, launched in May 2021, claims to have sold 80% of phase 1 and 43% of phase 2 in three quarters. The other investment has been made in project Shriram Rainforest phase-I at Devanahalli - a plotted development with 298 plots spread over 28 acres. Around 78% of the project has been sold.
