Data analytics co Blockfenders raises $1.5 M from Blume Ventures, Together Fund, others
Pune- and Palo Alto, CA (US)-based data analytics startup Blockfenders has raised USD 1.5 million in a pre-seed funding round from Blume Ventures, Together Fund, Veda VC, Behind Genius Ventures, Better Capital, Arka Venture Labs, Global Devc, FortyTwo, Eximius Ventures, GSF Fund, Pointone, and Upsparks. Besides, Persistent Systems founder Anand Deshpande, Rashid Mayes (engineering leader at Microsoft), IndiaMART CEO Dinesh Agarwal also invested in the round. The startup plans to use the funds to expand the team, build capabilities, and increase its presence in industries, including healthcare, banking and financial services, enterprises, and technology.
