Data analytics co Course5 Intelligence raises $28-M from 360 ONE
Mumbai-based data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions company Course5 Intelligence has raised USD 28 million from 360 ONE Asset Management (formerly IIFL Asset Management). The deal was done at an enterprise valuation of around USD 250 million. The fundraise is the first tranche of the firm's round of USD 55 million funding, the rest of which it plans to close in the coming three-four weeks. The company plans to use the funds to fuel growth, acquire companies and ramp up innovation in areas of deep learning, computer vision, natural language and generative AI. Course5 Intelligence has 1,400 employees and 50 clients. The company has set a window of 18-24 months to execute its planned INR 600-crore initial public offering (IPO).
