Deep-tech startup Myelin Foundry raises $3-M led by Visteon Corp
Myelin Foundry, a Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup, has raised a Series A round of USD 3 million led by Visteon Corporation, a global automotive electronics player. Existing investors including Endiya Partners, Beyond Next Ventures, and Pratithi Investment Trust (family office of Kris Gopalakrishnan). Founded in 2019 by former Tata Sons group chief technology officer Gopichand Katragadda and former Tata Group employees Ganesh Suryanarayanan and Aditi Olemann, Myelin builds artificial intelligence algorithms based on video, voice and sensor data for Edge devices. Myelin's algorithms provide visual experiences and personalised outcomes for various industries, including media and entertainment, healthcare and manufacturing. The company had last raised USD 1 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Japan's Beyond Next Ventures.
