Defence-tech startup Indrajaal raises Rs.48-Cr led by India Accelerator, Finvolve
Hyderabad-based defence tech startup Indrajaal has raised INR 48 crore (about USD 5.5 million) in its pre-Series A funding round co-led by India Accelerator and Finvolve, with participation from strategic and existing investors.The new funds will be used for order execution, regulatory certifications, hiring talent, and product completion.Founded in 2023 by Kiran Penumacha, Sunil Kalidindi and Mallela VN Sai, the startup is a spin-off of Hyderabad-based workflow management platform Grene Robotics. It offers AI-powered autonomous wide-area anti-drone systems capable of protecting against rogue drones, including swarms and autonomous threats. It is also used to tackle cross-border drug smuggling.
