DeHaat acquires farm input marketplace Helicrofter
Agritech firm DeHaat has acquired Mumbai-based agri-input marketplace startup Helicrofter to expand its presence in Maharashtra and other parts of West India. The integration of Helicrofter adds 2,000+ agri-input retailers and 30 sellers across Maharashtra to DeHaat. Helicrofter had posted an annual revenue of over INR 50 crore. Started in 2012 and based in Gurugram (Haryana) and Patna (Bihar), DeHaat offers end-to-end agricultural services to farmers.
