Digital asset mgmt enabler Rooba raises $1.3 M led by IPV
Institutional crypto and digital asset management platform Rooba Finance has raised USD 1.3 million in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The round also saw participation from LetsVenture, Endurance Capital, KubeVC, and others. Gurugram-based Rooba helps institutions, family offices, HNI's, and hedge funds to custody their digital assets through a custody network, and create trade strategies with a range of Defi apps, Layer 1 protocols and derivatives from a single dashboard. The platform also allows institutions to tokenize physical assets. The funds will be used for platform development, for setting up a licensed platform overseas and to enable a global GTM.
