Digital lender FincFriends raises $3.5 M from Cyprus-based Digital Finance
Bengaluru- based FincFriends Pvt Ltd, a captive non-banking financial company (NBFC) of RupeeRedee, has raised USD 3.5 million in an equity round from existing shareholder, Cyprus-based Digital Finance International. The total amount raised by the digital lending platform so far stands at USD 11.6 million in equity and USD 1.3 million in debt. The fresh capital will be used to accelerate growth plans, scale operations, expand product offerings, and further drive financial inclusion. The firm aims to disburse loans worth INR 1,000 crore in FY23-24.
