Digital publishing startup Jet Media raises $2.5 M from Los Angeles Media Fund, others
London- and Pune-based Jet Media Network (JMN), a data-driven digital publishing company, has raised a USD 2.5 million seed round led by Los Angeles Media Fund. The round saw participation from the company's parent firm JetSynthesys as well as 10X Capital, Gaingels, Spivy Private Capital, Equinox Systems, and others. JMN seeks to create a direct-to-fan (DTF) experience by offering exclusive content, auctions, social commerce, NFT featuring high profile athletes, celebrities, musicians, actors, gamers, influencers, public figures and more. Its first mobile app launch comes in collaboration with former Brazil, Barcelona and AC Milan football (soccer) superstar, Ronaldinho.
