Digital wealth mgmt co Kristal.AI acquires enabler in US stocks Globalise
Digital wealth management platform Kristal.AI has acquired New Delhi-based Globalise, which provides access to US stocks, ETFs, and ETF baskets for Indian investors. Kristal.AI is a Singapore-based private wealth management platform delivering access to premium products & advisory services to HNI investors in Asia. It manages more than USD 400-M in assets for users across 20+ countries. In India, Kristal offers its product & services in partnership with wealth managers, banks, and family offices. Launched in 2020, Globalise offers access to US stocks, ETFs, and ETF baskets for investors in India and offers the flexibility of fractional investing.
