E-commerce firm Purplle acquires Indian arm of makeup brand Faces Canada
Mumbai-based beauty e-commerce firm Purplle has acquired a 100% stake in Faces Cosmetics India, the Gurugram-based Indian arm of Canada-based cosmetics and skincare brand Faces. The acquisition adds international makeup product offerings to Purplle's portfolio. Faces Canada entered the Indian market in 2009. Its products are manufactured in Italy, Germany and Turkey.
